Room B1 is designed to accommodate 2 people.  The room contains double bed and the bathroom equipped with a basin, shower cabin and the hair dryer.  The room is elegantly decorated in a Mediterranean style. In front of the room there is a terrace with the barbecue that guests can use. They are also encouraged to use the common terrace by the pool. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite LCD TV and a free internet access

Children up to 12 years of age do not pay tourist tax. Persons 12-18 get a 50% discount on tourist tax.
Pet owners pay 5€ for a small pet and 10€ for a big pet.

Halfboard is calculated as follows:
- adults - full price
- 12-17 years of age - 20% discount
- 4-11 years of age - 40% discount
- 0-3 years of age - free of charge
